Structural analysis and design of twenty separate 3-story mixed use facilities located in a downtown Windsor redevelopment district. The new structures, ranging in size from 14,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft., incorporate both structural steel and engineered lumber framing. The lateral force-resisting systems include both moment-resistant and braced steel frames (OMRF & OCBF), as well as multi-story wood panel shear wall systems. Site development projects include retaining walls and custom pedestrian bridge.
