Structural analysis and design of 27,000 sq. ft. interconnected office tricomplex with wood joist and engineered lumber roof system, and light-wood framed shearwall lateral system. The building complex included three large scale open-air atriums central to each of three main office cores, providing natural light at perimeter interior glazing. Uniquely designed structural roof system utilized a minimum of interior columns by integrating multiple double-cantilever deep glulam girders, providing the Architect increased flexibility in meeting the dynamic space planning needs of the Owner.
